Jane Mooney

Installation Specialist

 

Role

Jane is currently a member of the OLI Technical Support Team where she is an Installation Specialist. Her responsibilities include being the first responder to IT challenges of all types regarding OLI software access. Jane bringing her IT experience in networking and security to a wide variety of situations spanning networks, operating systems, firewalls, security models, and individual computer anomalies. Jane is also a key part of the team that maintains OLI's own internal computing environment.

 

Accomplishments

In prior roles at OLI, Jane was instrumental in establishing and streamlining many of OLI's business operations. She was the lead on the team to migrate OLI's client database to a new platform. With her accounting background, Jane helped establish policy for many of OLI's daily financial operations.
