Technical Support Engineer

 

Role

Rasika provides technical support in the use of OLI software products as a part of the support team. One of her main tasks is working with the OLI model and software development teams on defining the necessary improvements, bug fixes and future projects in response to the needs of clients. She works on testing of the OLI Software in both its stand-alone and alliance partner version i.e. ASPEN, HYSYS etc. and on performing and debugging process simulation studies. Rasika brings in her chemical engineering knowledge to solve simulation problems.

 

Accomplishments

Rasika was the lead on creating the OLI Support Wiki. She has been focusing on improving explanations on corrosion technology. She has been writing and updating OLI software documentation and is part of the team to improve the online presence for OLI. She recently obtained an M.S in Chemical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology at Rolla.
