Peiming Wang
Senior Scientist and OLI Fellow
Role
Peiming's role at OLI includes the development, implementation, and validation of thermodynamic and transport property models in OLI's Mixed-Solvent Electrolyte (MSE) framework. She provides expertise in thermodynamics, solution chemistry, electrolyte theories, and modeling techniques for a wide range of clients' applications and for sponsored research projects. Peiming also supports and maintains the MSE thermodynamic and transport property databanks.
Accomplishments
Peiming played a key role in the development of OLI's MSE thermodynamic model. She also extended OLI's viscosity, self-diffusivity, and electrical conductivity models to mixed-solvent electrolyte solutions, and developed new models for thermal conductivity, surface and interfacial tension for aqueous and mixed solvent electrolyte systems.
